These terms govern use of Flip My Closet, operated by SBHelpGroup LLC. By creating an account, submitting an item, or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

You must provide accurate information, protect your password, and promptly report unauthorized access. You may not impersonate another person, misuse another account, interfere with the service, or use the platform for unlawful activity.

Submitting an item does not require Flip My Closet to purchase it. Offers may depend on brand, condition, authenticity, demand, inspection, and expected resale value. Ownership transfers only after an offer is accepted and any stated inspection or shipment requirements are completed. Counterfeit, stolen, unsafe, recalled, or unlawfully obtained goods are prohibited.

Most inventory is pre-owned and may show normal signs of wear described in the listing. Product colors and dimensions may vary slightly by device or measurement method. We inspect products but do not provide manufacturer warranties unless expressly stated.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable shipping and taxes are presented before payment. Inventory is one-of-one and is not secured until the checkout reservation begins. We may cancel and refund orders affected by pricing errors, fraud concerns, unavailable inventory, or circumstances preventing fulfillment.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier events outside our reasonable control may cause delays. Returns are governed by the posted Return Policy. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method and may take additional time to appear depending on the financial institution.

Flip My Closet branding, software, design, and original content belong to SBHelpGroup LLC or its licensors. Product brand names remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify resale items.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. SBHelpGroup LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania and applicable United States federal law, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply in your location.
